These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AdamBikes website and the purchase of any products or services from AdamBikes. By accessing our website or purchasing a motorcycle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from AdamBikes, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout or enquiry

3. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that:

  • Motorcycle descriptions are accurate

  • Any known mechanical issues or cosmetic defects are disclosed prior to sale

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed the motorcycle details

  • You understand the condition of the vehicle

  • You have had the opportunity to inspect the motorcycle or request further information

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change at any time prior to purchase

  • Payment must be completed in full before collection or delivery of the motorcycle

  • AdamBikes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery costs are calculated separately and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection of the motorcycle

Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery and availability at the agreed time.

6. Warranty

All motorcycles sold by AdamBikes include a free 30-day warranty covering mechanical faults arising after sale.

Warranty conditions:

  • Issues must be reported immediately

  • Proof of current mileage may be required

  • Repairs are the first course of resolution

  • Refunds are only offered if repair is not possible and are subject to circumstances

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear items

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs

  • Issues disclosed and accepted prior to purchase

  • Compensation for repairs undertaken by third party mechanics without AdamBikes prior approval

7. Returns & Refunds

  • AdamBikes does not offer a general return policy

  • Online purchases include a 14-day cooling-off period, provided:

    • Zero miles have been added

    • The motorcycle is returned in its original condition

Delivery and collection costs are non-refundable and may be charged to the customer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Use motorcycles safely and legally

  • Maintain and insure vehicles appropriately after purchase

  • Comply with all UK road traffic laws

  • Not tamper with or alter motorcycles during any warranty assessment period

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AdamBikes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the motorcycle

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

All website content remains the intellectual property of AdamBikes.

11. Termination

AdamBikes reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Suspend or terminate access to the website where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Product Information

AdamBikes strives to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that any information on the website or marketing materials is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, including but not limited to pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product details, AdamBikes reserves the right to:

  1. Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice;

  2. Cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed;

  3. Reverse or refund any such transaction if payment has already been made; and

  4. Request the return of any product supplied in error, with a full refund provided upon its return.

If your order is affected by such an error, AdamBikes will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

We are not obligated to honour any price or product information that is incorrect due to an obvious or technical error.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

AdamBikes may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
