This Shipping Policy explains how AdamBikes handles motorcycle delivery and collection, including costs, timelines, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Availability

AdamBikes offers motorcycle delivery within the United Kingdom only (200 miles radius from LU1 1TR), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery is available for motorcycles purchased:

  • Online

  • In-store (where delivery has been requested)

2. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery charges are calculated separately and confirmed prior to purchase 

  • All delivery fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law

  • Any additional collection or re-delivery costs resulting from failed delivery attempts will be charged to the customer

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates only

  • AdamBikes is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Third-party couriers

    • Weather conditions

    • Traffic or road restrictions

    • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

4. Delivery Conditions & Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the motorcycle

  • Safe and reasonable access is available for delivery vehicles

  • The delivery address provided is accurate and complete

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or access issues, additional charges may apply.

5. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection

  • Ownership transfers once full payment has been received

Customers are responsible for arranging insurance coverage from the point of delivery or collection.

6. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the motorcycle upon delivery.

If any issues are identified:

  • They should be reported to AdamBikes as soon as reasonably possible

  • Cosmetic or mechanical issues disclosed prior to sale are not grounds for rejection

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or fails due to customer actions:

  • Delivery fees remain payable

  • Any return or re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer

8. Collection from Store

Customers may choose to collect their motorcycle from the AdamBikes premises.

For collection:

  • Full payment must be completed in advance

  • Valid identification may be requested

  • The motorcycle must be collected within the agreed timeframe

9. Returns & Shipping Costs

Where a return or refund is approved:

  • Initial delivery charges are not refundable

  • Collection or return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
